Euroforest viewed by exhibitors

After the event of 2006, a questionnaire was forwarded to the 270 exhibitors in order to obtain their feedback on the exhibition. An analysis of the 92 received questionnaires gives the following findings:

Satisfaction with the organisation:

- 95% satisfied with the location at the heart of Europe,

- 86% satisfied with their stand placement,

- 85% satisfied with the exhibition’s internal and external signposting,

- 97% satisfied with the forest setting,

- 87% satisfied with services supplied to the exhibitors (reception, unloading, placement…).

Satisfaction with the visitors and contacts made :

- Regarding the number of contacts: 93% satisfied,

- Regarding the quality of visitors: 85% satisfied.

This last aspect will be improved in 2010 by greater communication to foreign professionals and organizing the exhibition on Thursday, Friday, Saturday (no on Sunday).
